RESEARCH PHILOSOPHY

All OLT educational activities are founded on the notion that man is by his very nature a learning animal.  We thrive through coming to understand our circumstances and our environment.  Our physical and spiritual needs emerge from creation and our understanding of who we are and where we are within the universe. Learning is in our nature and man is by nature a self-directed learner.  It is within our circumstances that our learning is organized.
