Why have I not received my Certificate of Completion?

You certificate is emailed to you, so please check your inbox for an email with the subject “Certificate of Completion”. If it’s not in your inbox, then check your junk/trash/spam or promotions  folder to make sure it wasn’t automatically junked. If it is not in one
of those folders or your trash folder, call  OLT  at  (561) 283-0333 to request the status of your Certificate of Completion.

You have to complete a verification form before you take your final exam, and then pass one of the two final exam attempts once you have passed the final exam your certificate should be emailed to you, and is also available in your course within 15 minutes.

 When you have submit the form, verify that the legal name on your form matches the name you used on your course registration and that your address and name match the information on your state issued identification (drivers license or ID).  If there is a difference, you should contact us and make sure we record the correction.
