How long does the state give me to complete my CE credits?

Most states have a two-year cycle for their Insurance CE credits requirement.

The State of Florida requires 24 hours of CE for most agents; however there are exceptions.

If you are late don't despair! Florida will give up to four 90-day extensions for extreme hardship cases, which must be well documented and approved (69B-228.230 FS). Contact the FLDFS for more information. If you are in another state, check with your department of insurance for any similar policies.

If you need more than a few hours of CE you can take one of our course bundles and any extra hours will roll over to your next compliance period.
