This Internet delivered, self-paced course meets the requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission to obtain a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.  This online pre-license training package includes three (3) essential courses:

Insurance Pre-Licensing Courses

These Pre-Licensure courses are State approved and comply with State Education Requirements for Licensure.

• Become a licensed insurance agent without the loss of production income and time associated with traveling to and from the classroom.
• Once you have successfully completed the course and final examination, your name will be sent to the State of Florida Department of Financial Services indicating eligibility to sit for the State licensing Examination.
• These courses have a linear design. You start and go straight through with occasional stops to check your knowledge.
• You complete each course in convenient segments at your own pace.
• Links are dispersed throughout the course for easy email access to the instructor of record in the event that questions arise regarding content.

Caution: The virtual classroom is an alternative to the physical classroom. It is not a way to avoid doing the work required for the approved credits.

Become a licensed insurance agent without the loss of production income and time. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail, fax, or telephone. The 40 hours of credit are earned totally online in the virtual classroom before you are eligible for the state examination. It is designed and taught to comply with the State requirements for Life, Health and Annuities education prior to State examination. Topics covered include: Federal and State Regulations, Legal Concepts of the Insurance Contract, Life, and Health Insurance, Annuities, Health and Accident Insurance, Disability and Medical Reimbursement.

2-20 Property & Casualty / General Lines Pre-Licensing Course
{200 hrs Online - Final proctored classroom exam.}

This is an online class. Fees must be paid at the time of registration.

An approved online pre-licensing preparation course that allows you to study what you want, when you want at your own convenience. After successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to take the State Exam. Designed and taught to comply with Florida State requirements for Property and Casualty / General Lines education. Topics covered include: Federal and State Regulations, Legal Concepts of the Insurance Contract, Property & Casualty Insurance, General Lines Liability and all other state required topics.

Required Text: Florida General Lines and Customer Representative Study Manual. Current edition available online from OLT's Bookstore.

Designation Licensing Courses

4-40 Registered Customer Service Rep. Designation Course
(40 hrs Online - Final proctored classroom exam). No State Exam Required.

This is an online class. Fees must be paid at the time of registration.

This course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for licensure as a Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR), and is equivalent to the 4-40 license. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail, fax, or telephone. Successful completion of the 40 hour course EXEMPTS the student from the State examination. Various phases of property casualty insurance, health insurance, agency operations and good customer service are among the topics studied.

Required Text: Florida General Lines and Customer Representative Study Manual. Current edition available online from OLT's Bookstore.

5-20, & 6-20 Accredited Claims Adjuster Designation Course
(40 hrs Online - Final proctored classroom exam). No State Exam Required for the 5-20 and 6-20.

This is an online class. Fees must be paid at the time of registration.

The 40 hours of this state-approved course is on-line via the Internet. Become a licensed Accredited Claims Adjuster agent to obtain your license to adjust property and casualty claims without the loss of production income and time. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail, fax, or telephone. The final proctored exam will be in the classroom. It is designed and taught to comply with the State requirements for Accredited Claims Adjuster examination.

After completion of this course, you will receive the Accredited Claims Adjuster designation which allows you to apply to the Department of Insurance for your 5-20 Independent Adjuster, or 6-20 Employee Adjuster license and WAIVES the State exam for the 5-20 or 6-20 applicants. As per State Law that went into effect July 1, 2007, the 3-20 applicant is NOT exempt from the state exam.

Topics covered include: Property and Liability insurance concepts, Personal Automobile Policy, Business Auto Policy and Mechanical Breakdown Coverage, Homeowner Policies, Personal Inland Marine and Flood Insurance, Boiler and Machinery Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and Health Insurance.
