All Steps must be completed in order for your registration to be processed: You can take the application, and registration form to any of the four PBCC locations and pay with cash, check or credit card. Or, you can mail the registration form to any of the four locations.

Two - PSAV Application. The student program objective code is 5470 for
Life, Health & Variable Annuities, 5469 for Property & Casualty/General
Lines, and 5000 for all other courses.

Three - When you have completed registration call (561)
868-3599 and
give your name, telephone number, e-mail address and the test date with which
you wish to complete the course.
Within twelve business hours of your call you will receive an e-mail with
your user name, user ID number and Internet address to access the course.
