The Accredited Claims Adjuster Course, approved in the state of Florida and available through the Florida Community Colleges. This self-paced online course is designed to assist those who wish to obtain this designation which also satisfies the (5-20) Independent Adjuster, or (6-20) Company Adjuster designation licenses.

The course consists of eight online Units and a classroom final exam. On completion of this course, the student will be exempt from the state exam and any associated exam fees.

Through a reciprocal agreement, Texas and other states accept Florida’s ACA (designation) license. For example, in Texas if an agent sends a copy of his/her Florida License, a completed application, and application fee, the agent will be eligible for a non-resident license there.

This course is designed by OnLine Training Institute to thoroughly cover each subject associated with the Claims Adjusting profession. The instructional design takes the student through the material in a detailed structured fashion to insure learning occurs and is verified. OnLine Training and its subject matter experts pledge to monitor changes in the insurance laws and practices in order to regularly revise this course. The active involvement of students and past students in the process is both welcome and invited.

The results of a comparative study show that online instruction for individuals entering the insurance field can be more effective than traditional classroom delivered instruction for students confident in their ability to learn online.
