To register online, please fill out the registration form check your information and then click <Confirm>.

To register by phone, please select your course (s) and have your credit card ready. Then call (866) 357-0841 and OLT staff will complete the registration form for you over the phone.

To register by FAX, Write your name Address, phone number, and Course you are registering for, and FAX the registration to (561) 357-4957. For faster registration include your credit card information or note that you are mailing a check made payable to OnLine Training, Inc.

To register by Mail, print this page, fill in the blanks and mail the registration to 2669 Forest Hill Blvd. Ste 207, West Palm Beach, FL 33406 . The check should be paid payable to OnLine Training.

Once we receive your registration and process the charge you will receive your login and password by e-mail for each course in which you are registered.
