I. Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License Course (SAPL-1/FREC Course 1)
This Online Edition of the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-license Course I conforms with specifications contained in the FREC Course I Syllabus, as prescribed by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC). Lessons, Progress Tests and the End-of-Course Examination serve as approved courseware for the FREC-prescribed 63-Hour Course I, which is the state required prerequisite educational course for persons who wish to qualify for a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. Each Lesson provides course material in a subject area specified for FREC Course I, which include the Basic Fundamentals of Real Estate Principles and Practices, Florida Real Estate Law and Florida Real Estate License Law.
II. FREC Course 1 Success Kit
The FREC Course I Success Kit consists of the Online Learner Workbook and the Pre-License Classroom Textbook (SAPL-1 textbook is supplied in PDF file format within the Course Digital Library). The Course I Success Kit is unique because it permits a Learner to use a combination of Online and Offline Study. In addition, a Learner is able to print all or part of both the Online Learner Workbook and the Pre-License Classroom Textbook (SAPL-1), as desired.
III. State Exam Cram Course (FREC I/SAPL-I)
The State Exam Cram Course provides essential information to help prepare a Learner to successfully pass the Florida Sales Associate Pre-License Examination on the 1st Attempt. The State Exam Cram Course is designed to build Learner Knowledge and improve Computer Test Taking Skills, which dramatically increases the probability for a Learner to pass the Florida Real Estate Licensing Exam on the First Attempt. The Exam Cram Course includes a Test Pool of more than Four (400+) Hundred Multiple Choice Questions, which feature similar content and format style to multiple choice questions on the State Licensing Examination. The State Exam Cram Course provides essential information to help prepare a Learner to successfully pass the Florida Sales Associate Pre-License Examination on the 1st Attempt.
The State Exam Cram Course is an optional course designed to build Learner Knowledge and improve Computer Test Taking Skills, which dramatically increases the probability for a Learner to pass the Florida Real Estate Licensing Exam on the First Attempt. The Exam Cram Course includes a Test Pool of more than Four (400+) Hundred Multiple Choice Questions, which feature similar content and format style to multiple choice questions on the State Licensing Examination.
Each time a Learner takes or retakes a Cram Exam, “Online Random Question Design” presents the Learner with a different combination of questions based on Real Estate Law, Real Estate Practice/Principles and Real Estate Math. Upon Cram Exam Scoring, a Learner receives immediate “Question/Answer Feedback”, which includes correct answer, relevant course material extract and text page reference. Since a Learner immediately receives “Key Answer Feedback” in extract form, it's not necessary to search through pages of course material for answers - Test, Read and Learn.
Since the Computerized Examination Setting is similar to that faced by a Learner when taking the State Licensing Examination, the State Exam Cram Course helps a Learner to Relax while Learning.
